French Toast Batter
30 g
(2 tbsp)
sugar
20 g
( 2 tbsp)
cornstarch
5 g
(1 tsp)
vanilla exctract
1 tsp
cinamon
1/8 tsp
nutmeg
1 pinch
of salt
250 g
(1 cup)
cannabis infused plant-based milk
,I like soy milk

1 loaf
of rustic bread
sliced
oil as needed

bananas
sliced
to taste
canna-caramel sauce

Instructions
French Toast Batter
Whisk together the sugar, spices and corn starch in a shallow bowl.
Slowly whisk in the canna-milk to avoid lumps. This can also be done in a blender.
Cooking and assembly
Heat your oil and pan on medium-high heat.
Dip the sliced bread in the french toast batter, 2 seconds on each side.
Transfer to the pan and cook 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Serve on a plate with sliced bananas and garnish with the canna-caramel sauce.
