200g(1 cup)white sugar
Dry
190 g(1 1/2 cup) all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tspsalt
60 g(1/2 cup)of pecans, or your favourite nuts
Instructions
Preheat your oven at 350F (or 175C).
Mash the bananas with a fork.
Add the the ground flax seeds, soy milk, vinegar, and vanilla. Stir and let the mixture rest for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the wet ingredients and stir
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until everything is incorporated.
Transfer the batter into a 10x5 inch loaf panand cook for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the banana loaf comes out clean.
Let it cool completely and slice into 1-inch thick slices.

Notes
I like to dose my edibles at aproximatly 10 mg of THC per slices. Adjust the potency of your edibles by using a mixture of cannabis-infused oil and regular vegetable oil.
